Amtex Insurance is seeking a motivated Bilingual Life Insurance Agent to assist customers with their life insurance needs. This position is responsible for generating new business, following up with leads, explaining coverage options, completing applications, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Sell and explain life insurance products to new and existing customers
- Contact and follow up with leads and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare quotes and complete insurance applications accurately
- Maintain consistent daily sales and follow-up activity
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet individual and company sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer notes and documentation
- Follow all company procedures and insurance regulations
- Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Texas Life Insurance license required or ability to obtain one
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Self-motivated and able to meet production goals
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
Pay: 20-25 + commission

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
