CMGA Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Claims Translator/Interpreter to support our Auto Claims Department by providing accurate translation and interpretation services between English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret calls between claims staff and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Translate emails, claim documents, and other communications.
- Assist adjusters in communicating with insureds, claimants, vendors, and repair facilities.
- Ensure accurate, professional, and confidential translations.
- Respond promptly to translation requests and support the claims team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience required; insurance or claims experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
